Fix: APPEND_SLASH = True funguje

Problémem byl záznam v urls.py pro flatpages, který přijal všechno a
nedovolil tak druhý pokus s lomítkem na konci. Pro flatpages ale stačí
FlatpageFallbackMiddleware v MIDDLEWARE_CLASSES, který odchytává teprve
404.
