To run please install Powershell 7 (Linux -> use package manage, Windows winget install --id Microsoft.PowerShell --source winget )

WARNING Windows comes with PowerShell 5 (they are not compatible)

Also chrome is required

Go to https://prase.cz/prasedat/subpages/certifikaty.php, save it to some file etc. data.txt 

Run 

./run.ps1 -Year "2024/2025" -InputFile "data.txt"

WARNING 2 - Somehow HTML -> PDF is not as straightforward as it seems.
